So when I recieved news I needed to amend my birth certificate I booked it to the San Diego Recorder's Office...I grabbed the trolley which was a 35 minute ride from the border.

While on the way, this pretty girl got on somewhere, then proceeded to take a nap...About 15 minutes later she wakes up spooked and asks if we had passed the Civic Center and we hadn't.

That's when I noticed that she was probably in High School, because she had school books and I noticed she kept passing out and drooling a bit.

She was on heroin...She was doing the "nod" where they just pass out like this:

She was young, very pretty and on that shit which is usually from shooting it not pills.

I woke her up before her stop, she thanked me and got off.

I felt bad for her, things are about to go downhill for her.

What I find weird is here I am in Tijuana where the heoin is PURE and you can get what you want at insane prices...A hit of heroin is probably $5 barely stepped on and I've only seen 2 heroin addicts.

But in beautiful San Diego I must have easily seen over 30 on my way to the Recorder's Office.

Probable Reason?

Narcan is rarely used in Mexico...You overdose?  Then you dead.

I figure TJ probably does attract a lot of heroin users with those cheap prices, but odds are the herd gets culled in 2-3 months...Hence why there's very few drug users or homeless in this Drug Capital.

LOL every like 3 months they burn TONS of drugs that they confiscate it's insane because it's not even making a dent.
