Since my first update, I've went from a water fast to 21 to 24 hour fasting meaning I eat ever other day (I guess). I stopped water fasting because I needed money for gas and parking at university so, I'd donate plasma, meaning I had to eat. Now that I have that under control I can go back to water fasting but, right now I just eat once every 24 to 21 hours. At first I was a hungry but, my body has adapted and I feel pretty good now, sometimes I'm not really interested in eating much of anything when it's time to break my fast. I don't feel light headed or dizzy when I'm walking up campus and i'm about to start weight lifting again. If anything big happens I'll let you guys know. Lastly I have lost some weight, nothing crazy but, if my I lose more or my body starts screaming, i'll keep you guys updated.
