Since I got here I started taking a supplement that keeps me lean and mean and with energy.

Since I'll be traveling in January...I decided to up the dosage to push myself a little more.

Bad MISTAKE.

In 3 days, I got mean...Felt great, felt strong, felt energy but mean.

So back to my usual dosage.

Noodles is sometimes an asshole, but generally a sweet asshole unless you're Welsh.
