When I first got out of the Hospital back in September I was skin and bones, weak as fuck...So I made up my mind to go to the gym and rebuild what I had lost.

Now I HATE the FUCKING gym...But I knew I needed it.

So about 2 weeks into coming back I hit the gym...My lungs and body were so weak that by the time I hit 78 steps n the Stairmaster I was done.

I was sweating, gasping and dizzy.

78 steps that's all it took!

Within a month I had zoomed to 500 steps, I went from light 25Lbs to 45 lbs dumbells.

I was taking all sorts of supplememnts to get back...D3/B-12 shots/Zinc/Amino Acids and lots of red meat...And I mean lots.

I ate like a caveman...A few veggies and a bunch of beef with fat on it:

My body was demanding it...It was weird as fuck.

It was my body knowing what I needed and it worked.

I suggest if any of you feel weak that you look into a red meat diet even if temporarily...I still don't believe that legumes, tofu, lentils or beans are the equivalent nutritionwise.
