I knew today that "Old Noodles" was suffering from "Olditis"

I was in the kitchen making a coffee...Tasted it and said to myself:

"I think it needs a little more sugar...(Paused)...Yes it does."

Thing was I was by myself and I didn't think it...I said it aloud like I was having a conversation and then replied to myself to agree with my suggestion.
