You have to realize that most of the countries NOT part of it are no longer manufacturing or growing most of their food or mining or drilling for fuel and energy sources.

They get their stuff from the BRICS countries.

Or did you think Belgium grows chocolate or that coffee is grown in Italy/France for their roasts or Bananas in the US etc?
