In the early 2000's, there was a gorgeous blonde on the site who was very vocal...She then started mentioning what city she lived in and where she hung out...Bar/Club/Cafe.

Now she annoyed me, but I decided to warn her that was putting herself at risk for no reason.

Both GothicMatch and Vampirefreaks were full of pervs, weirdoes, ex-cons and even quite a few pedofiles, murderers and Cho-Mos...The Golden Age of the internet which was from about 1998-2004 was CRAZY.

This was before spambots or A.I. etc...It was a smogashboard of oddities.

Chick basically told me to fuck off...Okay...Whatever I did my part.

Not even 3 days later, she slips into my DMs asking advice on some dude stalking her FROM THE FUCKING SITE in her city.

I gave her the advice, don't know if she followed it or what happened as she quickly just went silent on the site afterwards.

Now I tend to say where I'm at sometimes, because back in the States I really did carry an Off Duty or weapon was always near me and I'm not a hot blonde female...YET.

What?

I'm just sayin'!

But it was just so ironic to see consequences follow actions so quickly...That shit made me smile.
