Years ago, I wasn't sure if I was going to catch a State or Federal case for my use of force on some black kid.

Very strong and violent, who had been pushing his weight on soft cops and inmates.

He stood up on me during an incident and I grabbed him by the throat and slammed him WWF style.

Then we swarmed him and cuffed him up.

He accused me of choking him and yadda yadda yadda.

Luckily it was all on camera. but not going to lie, nothing worse than having to talk to the ERO who served you supoenas, lawsuits or fired you.

So I knew I had a strong case to have it dismissed,` but it was going to be in Sacramento which could be troubled since State Law Enforcement isn't liked.

So I went to R&R or the Commissary where Inmates can order stuff and got a catalogue.

I figured if I got popped I'd maybe do 6 months and started looking at buying my own Saegon bad ass radio, TV, Fan, art supplies, books, food, hygiene products, mattress/blankets, clothes and food etc.

Figured I'd blow maybe $2000, but I'd be 100% set to do 1-2 years comfortably.

One great thing about working in the system for 20+ years is you get to see what you need, what to do and how to act inside.

I figured I could prepare, study, meditate, get buff, strong, and rested or I could pray that my State Attorney didn't fuck it up and not prepare at all.

So I had all my shit squared away...If I caught time for Abuse Under Color of Authority then I'd do short time, but get paid out, might even get paid for my time while my Department and Union fought each other or the Feds in court.

Because honestly, I'd ask to go in instead of trying to bail out.

It's cheaper, better and if it was overturned I'd get paid by EVERYONE for my time...EVERY minute and not at convicted inmate numbers.

And if it wasn't overturned I'D STILL GET PAID because I was cleared by my department.

So I could be doing time, working out, studying, relaxing, reading, writing etc and when I left my department would end up paying me 24/7 for whatever time I did.

I could walk out pretax with that and my own hours with about $350k-$400k for 6 months...Fair trade.

Luckily deals were made and it never reached court...But it was a spooky yet interesting time in my life.
