Wrote about it before but here's the Cliff Notes on the observations:

1. If you make things too easy, the youth lose drive to do anything.
2. The males become feminine and the females no longer care about raising a family.
3. Men become split into incels and a few chads.
4. The females become obsessed with looks and the males actually become gay as their T levels drop.
5. Children are ignored or even attacked and killed in that society.
6. Madness comes in and the entire hive, nest, pack, tribe, herd, school, murder, flock collpases into violence and decay.

That's where we are today in America.

Basically, any large Blue City is living that experiment.
