Under legislation just passed by both chambers, an out-of-state child who allegedly wants to become transsexual, will be classified the same way as a child who is being beaten or starved by their parents.

The Washington state legislature passed SB 5599, which legalizes the harboring of out-of-state runaway minors for the purpose of giving them permanent transsexual hormonal drugs and procedures.

Youth shelters and foster homes can withhold a child's location from their parents if the child allegedly wants to become transsexual.

Washington State Senator Joe Nguyen, who co-authored the bill, is on video stating that it is specifically aimed at children from out of state who want to become transsexuals.

Washington State has already made it illegal for parents to refuse to consent to transsexual drugs and procedures. Those 13 and over can consent on their own. A doctor can consent for those under 13 if the child's parents refuse.
