Obvious manipulation happening all around us from Trump's Arrest which is meant to hide the banking/currency collapse, the info on the vaccine coming out, the collpase of the Ukranian military, the pending food crisis, the inflation spike yada yadda yadda.

But I had tried my hardest to get my sis to sell her extra property before:

A.  She needed to stick more money into it

B.  It went down in price massively

C.  The rates shot up so much that it became a Buyer's Market and buyers dried up

She didn't see the urgency...Now 2 years later, they lost about $140K in value, there needs to be massive repairs due to the constant snow storms and the buyers can't afford the house anymore.

I feel bad, but I literally begged them for their sake.

While talking to her yesterday, she let me know she fucked up, but was trying to say "It was God's will."

It was your decisions that brought it to this point.

There were people begging to buy as is at a waaaaaay higher price than she'll be able to now even if she sticks $50k into the repairs.

Annnnnnd in these past 2 years all they've done is work on the house every other weekend...The more they put into it, time/effort/money the less it's worth.
