Gong to try this new thing I saw on the health benefits of drinking hot dark cacao chocolate.

Doubles your stem cells and helps circulation within a month...Not that I have an issue, but why not get better?

So I want to gauge the results without anything slowing it down like the alcohol especially.

Since I got to Yucatan, I have dropped about 17lbs...I am lean as fuck, with zero belly but still kept some muscle tone...Although I really should start to do weights.

My energy is strong, athough my back hurts, BUT NOTHING LIKE UP IN SAC AREA WHERE I WAS ACHY 24/7...Due to being heavier and the cold weather.

I eat meat, veggies, fruit and juices and some junk food of course...But basically try to stick to red meat as much as I can.

It's like I can feel the red meat's nutrients being absorbed by my body...No other meat does that, nor do any supplements or ridiculous vegan theories about how legumes, beans or beets will fullfill those nutrients.

If you want to feel strong and healthy eat RED MEAT with some fat...The body needs it and if done without too much bread or carbs YOU'LL ACTUALLY LOSE WEIGHT.

All that shit you hear about how it's bad for you, that other things are just as good etc IS GARBAGE.

They just want you physically weak, which means that emotionally and mentally you'll also feel weak.

If you can afford it eat it...Not turkey, chicken or pork or seafood.

Turkey and chicken have a lot of anti-biotics and female hormones shot into it...Pork is a filthy animal and beef is also manipulated, seafood sadly is too contaminated, but if you can find GOOD meat with low amount of hormones injected into it in a week your body will be stronger, faster and you'll feel better.
