Having some people over for lunch in a bit, since all everyone eats here is Mexican food and once in awhile some teeeeerrible pizza, I'm going to dazzle them with some Vietnamese Sandwiches!

Going to hit them with the hard stuff!

Tenderized and marinated the the meat in Bachan sauce...Got Brioche bread, have my housin sauce and multiple chilis ready and going to make garlic/onion french fries!

Oh and my friend's wife likes Michaladas so going to go to the corner store to have 3 made with extra chili and I have the tammarind sauce at my house!

I might do a few shots of smooth whiskey and all will be good!

I'm very excited to tell the truth.  =)
