I'm here with my sis who I hadn't seen in over a year...She flew all the way from Los Angeles to see me fo 12 days.

I love my sis, but she looks unhealthy.

She fell into the trap of chasing money and not taking care of herself, which just was a slippery slope of bad eating, lack of exercise and dependence on medications for everything.

Something to balance her sugar, something to balance her blood pressure, something to balance her cholestreol while clogging up her liver which only loops the problem.

Going to try to get her to walk with me, eat cleaner and take a few of the supplements I take.

Lots of veggie smoothies along with some fresh fruit...Mangos and papayas, bananas, strawberries, pineapple on yogurt etc...Probiotics with calcium, potassium, fiber and tons of vitamin c...You can add coconut or walnuts for omegas and vitamin E.

My sis and my dog are the last things I have left that remind me of my Mother and I know their time will come, but there is no reason to speed up the departure day.

I want my sis happy, strong and healthy.

I hope I can help her a little bit and see if it'll stick.
