So went with my girl to look at cars, we stopped off at the Nissan Dealership I use.

The place is HUGE and was completely empty on a Saturday...There were entire sections of Car for Sale areas empty...The cars that were for sale had been pushed to the front and were made to take up as much room as possible.

They had some EIGHT New Nissans and some used cars...Maybe 75 cars in a lot that usually carries 200-300.

So we crossed the streets to the Toyota Dealership...Also empty...No selection and you have to prepay $1000 to order the car and THEN look at it.

It would take about 2-3 weeks to arrive since everything was backed up.

They had some cars for sale, but almost none were new or Toyota...MOST of their selection was OTHER companies cars...They were also wiped out.

AND THERE WOULD BE A MARK UP OF $2,000 ABOVE ADVERTISED PRICE

Grocery stores so far have been fine...I have enough dry goods to last me till I leave so don't need anything but fruits, veggies, bread, soup and tortillas.

We then stopped off at, World Market...While looking for Easter Stuff we looked at the furniture and other items and most had gone up at least 40%-$100%

My Italian sodas had DOUBLED in price.

Some scary ass time are coming.

Are you seeing any of this in your part of the world?
