Last night I got the late nite munchies...I tried to resist but I was hungry so off to Jack in the Box I went.

Picked up 8 tacos and covered them with my spicy tomatillo avacado green salsa with some black peppercorns.

It was ridiculously good.

Was it healthy?

Not sure...But the tacos had lettce so yes.
