Getting Killed

So in the last 2-3 months I've had communication via Email with professionals in Mexico as I'm doing some things down there.

My Spanish is excellent in the US, but in Mexico I'm intimididated...Their Spanish is beauuuuuuuuuuuuutiful.

Deep South they still speak very proper Castellano...No Slang...No Americanized Jargon.

I often double and triple check my replies before sending...But the Silver Lining is my Spanish will get stronger by doing this:
