Just took my dog on a 15 minute walk down the street and back.

On the way there, I saw there was a car accident ahead and saw people helping a lady and the EMT...A line of cars had formed, but no one was honking.

Since they had that under control I flipped around because I didn't want to be a Looky Loo, as I did an older gentleman had to do a blind pull out because someone was blocking his view...I lifted my hands to warn him but it was too late, another car screeched to a halt...No one hurt.

No one honked, yelled or anything, the older man raised his hand to apoligize and the other car did the same, he then thanked me for trying to warn him and he said to have a "good evening."

I was almost at my door when I noticed a very frail older lady having issues getting up and down fromthe pavement, before I did anything the neigbors's son helped her down, accross the street and onto the sidewalk, then went on his merry way.

That was fucking beautiful.

All in 15 minutes...Amazing.

There are a few rude ones who don't like tourists or foreigners, but a majority of people here are CRAZY 1950's "Leave it to Beaver" NIIIIIIIICE.

I'm very thankful to live here.
