So did my 72 hour fast and went a place late at night to eat my red meat.

Meat portion was about 1/2 of last time as was everything served.

Mexican Produce is starting to be sent more and more to the US, as the US makes, grows and produces less...Making prices higher in Mexico and portions smaller.  

Then the meat was obviously never tenderized.

Noodle Tip:  Get yourself a tenderizer Mallet and use it on all red meat...It will literally turn your so-so cheap steak meat into somethiing amazingly tender.

But not worried, could be change in management or a new cook etc...Just not going to get that there anymore.

But going to make up for it tonight! I'm going to another place and they serve their very tasty BLUE Tortillas in a gourd like the Mayans to the South did and do.

You can taste the Maize.
