So been aching a little extra, since I twisted my waist doing something mundane at a Costco on Saturday.

Just tweaked it.

So went to see this masseuse who overshared her life with me, asked me too many personal questions while I tried to just relax BUT she gave me what might be the best massage I've ever had.

She had finished and I was happy and then she asked where else it hurt...My hour was already up in fact I was at 1 hour and 10 minutes.

She then proceeded to work on my sciatica nerve for about 25 minutes...She ground her elbow into my sciatica over and over and somehow broke up the tensed up nerve cluster...I think they had been frozen stiff for like 4-5 months straight.

Not saying it won't be back, but it feels amazing not to have that tensed up muscle nerve hurting right now.

Tried to pay her extra...Wouldn't take it.

Tried to tip extra...Wouldn't take it.

Going to make her a fruit salad and some salsa in thanks...(Cus it's like 90 degrees)...She did a fucking amazing job!

That chick has magic hands!
