If the push to get us to not eat RED MEAT is so men can't be strong.

In 2021, when I almost died and my Mother passed away...I left the hospital physically and even mentally broken.

Career?  Mother?  Health?  Future?  My fucking ability to pay for basics?  All seemed lost...The meds they pumped into me and the anxiety meds they gave me had me spinning and feeling crazy anxious when it wore off in like 4-6 hours...Followed by what I assume was a panic attack since till then at age FIFTY I don't think I had ever had one.

Murders, suicides, riots, been shot, been stabbed, been rushed and I moved in a stride...But they gave me half a tiny ass white pill (Valium) and I was the 3 Fucking Faces of Eve.

Pulled myself out of the ICU...Stopped taking all their meds, ate red meat, fruits and veggies and more red meat.

In 6 weeks, I was stronger, faster and in better shape than I'd been in 7 yars or so.

My demeanor changed within 2-3 weeks as I felt stronger, meaner, more driven.

I say it was the red meat.

This push to soy/synthetic, chicken, fish, seafood, turkey etc is GARBAGE.

You want to get healthy?  Have energy?  Feel a push?

Eat red meat.

No processed shit...BEEF...With fat.

The body needs it and it has amino acids that can't come from other sources...Fuck thinking lentils, legumes, beets, beans, nuts will do the same.

And as far as "Your cholesterol will go up...You'll be more prone to heart attacks...Colon Cancer yadda yadda yadda."

Fuck that.

These the same douche bags that told you butter was bad and to eat margarine?

Or that aspertame is okay to eat?

Or that eating eggs was as bad as smoking?

THE FDA ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS.

If you google it EVERYTHING they slant to is skewed to get you to eat plants and soy or SYNTHETIC which is literally a CANCER TUMOR.

If you're the sad type, the kind with no energy, the kind with no sex drive, the kind that gets bullied or feels bullied.

Just try it for a month.

Fruits, veggies, red meat, GOOD bread.  Forcasia, sourdough, black bread etc and cut down on the energy drink a tad...You might be shocked at how much better you feel.
