Not that I'm a huge Ellen fan, but her DJ just offed himself.

Very nice guy, never heard anything bad about him with women, drugs, violence or sex abuse.

Always seemed happy and seemed to have a good sense of humor...Beautiful wife, life, house, kids and future along with being a good looking guy.

But dude checked himself into a motel and shot himself...There are many ways to commit suicide, but gun to the head can be incredibly nerve wracking as opposed to OD or even cutting your wrists.

Takes more ro pull the trigger than to slowly fall asleep.

Which reminded me of a partner I had.

Forgot his name since it's been almost 20 years, very cool guy, did several tours in Iraq and Afghanistan with the Marines and was always willing to help.

I always remember him because whatever we were going to do...Good or bad...It be "Whatcha wanna do Doggie?"

Then he would follow my lead.

Anyways I had already transfered when I heard he had died...As he left work one day he hit the gas on his bike and purposedly flew off a bridge.

Hit the short side wall, flew off and hit hard 90 feet below...DOA.

Had no divorce, money, women, health or other obvious issues.

Just one instant "Fuck it" and that's all it was.

That's scary when people who do well can't cope versus people who have nothing, but have same issues.
