Last year I tried a side business...Covid killed it, but I tried hard.

I made my money back on that luckily before I gave up on it...Minus all the hours I had put into it.

However, because I had it I also got a buisness licence, a food handler's card and insurance.

So every now and then I cater small dinner parties...No cooking classes or workshops, no degree or certification...But I'm up to my 6th dinner party off word of mouth.

I'm thinking of doing a Ceviche Service...Sounds ridiculous but last year I sold about $12,000 in Salsas and Ceviche at work...No bullshit.
