Living right next to a church has advantages and disadvantages.
On the one hand, you have a fantastic view of old European architecture from the kitchen, and I especially love looking at the stained glass windows reflecting in the sun in the morning.

But sleeping in on Sundays and public holidays (especially on the very Christian holidays) is a complete no-go. Especially when the damned bell is on the bedroom side and rings through the roof just in time for mass in the morning...

The same neighbor who watched from her window as I begged for help while my daughter had a medical emergency had the audacity to ask my fiance how she's doing. "I saw her go into the bulance," she said. Old bitch, you watched like it was a sport for five minutes as I lost my god damned mind thinking I was going to lose my daughter. Fuck you.

Something happened last night that solved a bunch of problems literally over night. I won't have to worry about money for a short while. Its not like I hit the lotto, mind you, but its a major relief.

Most of my stress is gone for now. My body doesn't ache like it normally does. Not one headache, either. Whoever said money can't buy happiness is a god damned liar.

Last-minute concert plans. Messer Chups - they sound wild.

A surfer rock / rockabilly band from Russia, with a dark aesthetic. Opening for them is a similarly themed, instrumental horror surf rock band from Spain: Los Tiki Phantoms.
