In Hero Siege Season 10, spending Hero Siege Gold on equipment makes more sense when your Incarnation tree already supports a clear damage plan. Start with one core skill, then judge every investment by whether it improves that skill or keeps you alive while using it. The most impressive node is not necessarily the most useful one for your character.

Use Fireball as the starting point

For a concrete example, take the Pyromancer's Fireball. Open its current skill tooltip and record its damage type, scaling, cost, and any listed classifications. This is a planning framework, not a verified live node map.

Keep Fireball as the main damage source during planning. If equipment changes how it deals damage, repeat that check before choosing modifiers; the original skill name alone does not establish which bonuses apply.

Read the condition before the number

If the current tooltip identifies Fireball as dealing fire damage, start by checking applicable fire modifiers. Spell and projectile effects still need matching classifications and behavior. Do not count an attack-only modifier merely because Fireball looks like a projectile.

Read conditional effects just as closely. A modifier requiring a critical hit, a particular enemy status, or recent movement has value only when your character reliably satisfies its trigger in actual encounters. An effect tied to defeating enemies may offer little help against a lone boss without additional targets.

Count the cost of reaching a node

Compare complete connected paths, not isolated endpoints. Include every required connecting point when weighing a tempting modifier against a nearer cluster that directly supports Fireball. A larger displayed bonus can still be the more expensive investment.

If casting drains resources or incoming damage forces you to retreat, look for applicable resource recovery, life, or resistance effects. These can improve sustained output without directly increasing Fireball's listed damage. Faster casting also needs enough resources to remain useful.

Test one change at a time

Check connections and full modifier text in the current client before spending. Then test one allocation change with the same equipment, target, and buffs. Compare repeatable damage, resource stability, and survival rather than one unusually large hit.

A tooltip may not show every conditional effect. If an interaction remains unclear, leave it uncounted until testing confirms it. Reassess after major equipment changes; no single route should be presented as best for every build. Check a clearing scenario and a boss scenario separately, since their requirements can differ.

A focused tree makes upgrades easier to evaluate. Whether you are comparing drops or considering cheap Hero Siege Gold for equipment purchases, keep the same rule: support Fireball's confirmed interactions first, then adjust utility and defense to the content you actually play.
