Surprised
I've been able to keep my no Internet after 6pm going still.
Let myself listen to music one night, but felt like cheating because had to handle my cell, so stopped and the house is silent after 6pm except for the crickets and odd bird chirp.
My concentration is getting better without all the electronic distraction typed Noodles into his electronic distraction machine that tracks everything.
I miss devouring books and that's helping quite a bit.
Started a short story book and before I even realized it I had read 108 pages.
No it wasn't a Garfield book! >=(
This was just a silly Stephen King book...I want to get back to reading real books again.
Shit that bores, but is meaningful, deep and has some existential thought to it.
No not 50 Shades of Omen Brian either...Where the plot of the book is him trying 50 different colors for his toenails.

I mean reread classics like Animal Farm, 1984, 1985 (By the writer of Clockwork Orange...Should be mandatory in the UK), Alice in Wonderland, Lord of the Flies etc.
Basically anything I read in Junior High/High School before it all changed.
Highly suggested unless you like being addicted to the dopamine sucking scrolling and drooling like an idiot when you're older.
