Boo!
Got all excited since I hadn't seen a good horror movie in awhile, but saw HBO had "Sinners."
Movie of two black gangster brothers opening a club in the South and getting attacked by vampires.
The previews looked great!
Started watching annnnnnnnnd it had character developement annnnnnnnnd it had some more character development annnnnnnnd it had even some more character develpoment.
It was like some sort of A.I DEI Grok had wrote the script which had:
A. Hard Black Gangsters with hearts of gold
B. Evil racist White people of course...Why you ask? Cus they're White
C. Scene of blacks working on a chain gang, while the evil White Correctional Officers sneered at them
D. Racist White cops in the town hassling the innocent gangsters
You name the stereotype that blacks are good and Whites are bad, then it was put in the film...Who wrote the screen play this bitch?

Anywaaaaaaaaays...An hour and six minutes into the film the first horror scene starts.
I'm not trying to watch a movie from the Lifetime/Oprah/Oxygen/Hallmark channel...I DON'T NEED TO KNOW THEIR FUCKING BACKGROUND, CHILDHOOD, LOVES, HOPES AND DREAMS.
I'm not watching "Anne of Green Gables" or "Fiddler on the Roof." ...I'm SUPPOSED TO BE watching a fucking vampire movie that's supposed to have blood, violence and gore.

It got so boring, I first thought I had accidently picked the wrong movie...I had to double, then TRIPLE check to make sure it was the right film.
But if Noodles has to wait OVER AN HOUR before any horror movie has some horror, then Noodles wishes that the director and screenwriter of this delightful film sucks my dick first.
I give this a 3 out of 10 Noodles based on the HUMONGUS waste of screen time...Where they could have got people all pumped up instead of confused and bored.
