I'm getting ready to pickle all next week..Chilis, cucumbers, apples, pears, mangos, kimchi, radishes etc.

Fuck it...I have like 65 Mason Jars, a steam pot, salt and vinegar.

If I'm wild, I'll pickle some eggs in spicy brine.

I swear at your age you probably think it's stupid, but at my age it's like an adventure into nerdiness.
