So my girl just called as it's the first day of school at the University she teaches at.

Since today is a light day, the teachers show the new students where the library, student services, snack bar, book store etc are.

Yes like they're 10 years old in elementary school or mentally challenged.

So she was giving the tour and her group consisted of minorities: Asians, blacks and Hispanics...The head of International Student Union was going around taking pics and loved it.

But just as she was going to take the pic she saw the person leading the tour (My girl) was White, so she decided against it, she said she was looking for a minority teacher doing it instead.

Think about what that means.

How many positions have Whites been overlooked and the position given, praise, certification, raise or promotion to someone else based on the optics of ethnicnicity or some sort of minority status?

During the Great Fagdom a couple of years ago when EVERYTHING was seen through the eyes of ether being gay or super duper gay, they put a trans dude who was actually waaaaaay mentally ill in a Chair Position and kept him there because they were afraid to tell him he was doing a shitty job and that he was too confrontational.

Only reason he's still not in the position is he went 5150, got locked up for like 3 weeks and never came back.

It's not a skin, age, religion, gender thing, it's the fact trhat they manufacture false optics to pretend something that's not true.

Did I mention the grading for students is now based on the student's anxieties, mental status, sexual preference, triggers, ethnicity?

If the exam date falls on certain religious holidays, if they're feeling "sad", if they didn't do it the professors are supposed to bend over backwards to allow them to redo certain projects again or if the student complains be given a chance to improve their grade through extra extra extra credit.

These kids are sooooooooooo fucked.

I 100% blame the regents, deans and chairs of these schools.

Their time is coming.
