This is where the old school curmudgeon in me creeps in. In Major League sports, the division winner with the least record shouldn't have to play in a wild card game. You won your division in the regular season. Just because now there are so many teams in more than enough divisions...finishing first shouldn't be a liability. One more thing: Whomever is allowing the obtrusive onslaught of foreign spam to overwhelm this site, you're fired!. I thought this was addressed 4 or 5 years ago. To continue to let it fester is not only a slight to the few people left here posting, it is an embarrassment to anyone associated with the free expression and commitment to this place.
