Placed an order for a Panasonic Lumix G80 with 12-60 mm lens. Should arrive some time next week. I've never used micro four thirds cameras before so I'm excited to see what this thing is capable of. :D

Finally finished packing my clothes for the upcoming M'era Luna Festival. Had to make a few 'deductions', but my other stuff probably wouldn't survive in my backpack without breaking. (Besides, the camping stuff already weighs a bit much and I'm using public transport...) I'm really excited; this is the first time in years that I've been able to visit this festival and I'm only going because I know and trust the camping group. Unfortunately, that's difficult for me because of my bad overnight experience in general. But fuck it; despite my persistent nervousness, I'm currently hoping that this jump over mine shadow will be successful and that I can enjoy a good festival at the end of my holiday.

Tomorrow is a big cosplay event that I'm going to. But for some reason I am not as excited about it as usual, some things happened that kinda ruined the mood for me... Some of the friends that Im always looking forward to see on this event are not coming and I feel that this kinda took a huge part of the fun factor. On top of it this cosplay season is kinda jinxed for me in general. didn't get con tickets, some events were cancelled idk...all kills the mood. Hope next year will be better.

So I had my lovely Bradley baby open his Christmas gift tonight because mine didn't come into the mail until this morning so we wanted to open our gifts together. I found this cute little bag at Walmart for 10 bucks and you'll never guess what was inside of it. The first thing Brad pulled out was the Leatherface plushie and he couldn't have been more excited and neither could I. Work party at the skybar was such a good idea. It was really good to hang out with the coworkers and the bosses In a not work setting.
