So now a serious question. Has anyone of you dabbled with an Arduino before ? Or with any clones of it ? Back in the days I dazzled with a Raspberry Pi, so I wanna know if its worth getting into or to keep my money on booze and hookers ??

Hosting a party at my lake house tomorrow, and wanted to pick up some extra kayaks (in addition to the two I own) for folks coming over. The store I rented them from came up with a good solution as to how I could transport a 13.5' (411 cm) long two-person, tandem 'yak.
That one is for a couple to be able to go out together, with their dogs. They're thrilled that worked out!

Lots of food prepped, tons of beer and booze at the ready.
I'm looking forward to this!
