So had watched some Mexican Chef make Birria on YT and it looked decent, but my people are from the state that makes it, so I decided to make it. Got lucky as Safeway was having a sale on chuck steak and I boiled it in a collection of chilis and seasoning till it fell apart as you picked it up.
