  • “Does a single district-court judge who likely lacks jurisdiction have the unchecked power to compel the Government of the United States to pay out (and probably lose forever) 2 billion taxpayer dollars?” Alito wrote. “The answer to that question should be an emphatic ‘No,’ but a majority of this Court, including Supposed "Conservatives" on this court, apparently thinks otherwise. I am stunned.”

    -Judge Alito

Judge Alito is right on the money with that Statement, logical common sense answer, No single district court judge should have unchecked power that's greater than the President.

If that were the case, Why even have a President, when he becomes essentially powerless and reduced to just a figurehead, with these single court Judges assuming complete unchecked control with power that overrides an Elected president?

This lawfare needs to stop and President Trump and the Republicans needs to do something about this issue of judges abusing their power.

The Supreme Court of the US, should be the only panel of judges with the right to stop anything a President does, Why? because the the SCOTUS is the 3rd branch of Government.
