Wanted to share this. This is who I will be donating to for my birthday and I think it's a great cause. EVERY child should feel special on their birthday and thats what this group tries to do. https://www.cake4kids.org/ Their mission statement: Has the thought of a child without a birthday cake ever crossed your mind? Unfortunately, it happens all the time, but Cake4Kids is changing that! We deliver free custom homemade birthday cakes to at-risk and underserved youth across the country! The youth we serve may be in foster or kinship care, living in group homes, survivors of domestic violence or human trafficking, living in low-income housing with or without a parent, or even homeless. It may just be a cake, but the children we bake for know that a stranger took the time and effort to do something special just for them. Cake4Kids partners with agencies, private and public, to provide custom, homemade cakes and sweets.
