So saw something on YouTube about it and since I had milk, sugar, limes and a blender I said fuck it! 2 chopped up limes 3 cups of milk 1 cup of water 1 cup of sugar...I used "Brown Sugar" which coicidently is my Stage Name. Blended then strained and poured over ice and? Deeeeeeeeelicious! Pretty damn good and easy to make.

Since my first update, I've went from a water fast to 21 to 24 hour fasting meaning I eat ever other day (I guess). I stopped water fasting because I needed money for gas and parking at university so, I'd donate plasma, meaning I had to eat. Now that I have that under control I can go back to water fasting but, right now I just eat once every 24 to 21 hours.
