I stopped all online fuckery, tv, playing with my phone Sunday-Thursday after 6pm.
Also no gummies except on Friday and Saturday.
Annnnnd I got so much done these past 2 weeks!
It's wild to see how much we become desensitized by overloading our senses daily.
First week was rough...I was literally jonesing for my phone to scroll, play soduko, look up some bullshit:
"Who was the 4th Marx Brother? And why didn't they give him a hat???? I need to know NOW!"-Screamed Noodles in Marx Brothers Anguish.

But I held...I may have stuck the phone wrapped in a towel in the fridge... Turned the computer off completely and put away the TV remote.
No Music/Radio/Podcasts either.
The silence was maddening at first.
Then I focused on the birds chirping and my fat rooster 🐓 crowing.
Started journaling on paper and reading books again.
Takes a minute to reset...Still resetting TBH.
It's helped a lot...Take care of things quicker, sleep deeper, plan better, way more energy than usual.
Highly suggested to all.
Even those that hate Chihuahuas:

But first week will suck...But hold steady the payoff feels good for when you do get to fuck around!
Popped a gummy listening to some AMAZING music and moving as gracefully and some say "Beautifully" as this girl from a music video from a TRUE artist...Rebecca Black singing "Friday."
What?
Well yesterday was Thursday and tomorrow is Saturday.
She explained it all in the song damnit. >=(
