You spend quite a lot of your waking hours at work and there was always someone who you liked or liked you...Not saying there wasn't cheating or Work Spouses, but it was just the way it was and though there were times people did get harrassed there wasn't such a 1984 Version of Sexual Policy where ANYTHING you said wouldn't be seen as harrassment.

So men stopped complimenting, asking or even being around women because why risk your job for some shit taken the wrong way.

People will file on someone who asked someone else out BECAUSE IT BOTHERED THEM.
