Woke up this morning all groggy and felt my neck allllllllllllll stiff.

No! Just my neck!

Anyways, I turned it sideways and just gave it a twist push, wasn't even expecting it to pop and then?

It CRACKED!

Like CRACKED so deep and loud it scared me awake!

It felt like the blood rushed in and I even got a lil dizzy because it felt so good.

It was like getting a hit of endorphines instantly due to the relief.

Sooooooo that's a great way to wake up is all I'm saying.
