So pitch black, except for the moonlight and twinkling stars...Annnnnnd the entire field was just popping with what seemed like hundreds of fireflies.

Anywhooooo, I could see how 1000 years ago, people would think there were Fairies or Spirits because that looked Disney Magical.

I can best describe it for anyone who's been to Disney in Anaheim, waiting for the boats at Pirates of the Caribbean next to the restaurant and they made it look all dark, swampy, with frogs croaking, fireflies, owl hoots etc.

I stood and stared for a long minute before my delicious blood attracted my Sworn Enemy.
