I recently got a place in Mexico FINALLY finished...But I put it up for sale before even living in it 1 day.
As I was thinking about the cost, it FUCKING HIT ME.
In the 80's, my Mom and I went to Mexico to sell off her property, she was like me very cautious and not trusting of banks.
A week after we sold the Peso Collapsed...Basically within a month it was worth 1/1000th of what it used to be...
