Ok nevermind I will repair my bike tomorrow.
I'd rather freeze 20 mins on my bike to get to work and home than
Having to freeze 10 minutes to scratch off the ice of the windshield, then freeze 15 minutes in the cold car just to arrive when it is finally warming up, and then have freeze additional 7 minutes walking from the parking lot to my apartment.

I thought my bike's breaks being run so down that I can't bring my bike to a stop without my feet would be a good excuse to use the bike in the cold days, but it's just plain annoying having to scratch ice every morning.
12 minutes less freezing Is a good deal :D
