I'm a software engineer, live on a beautiful lake, and enjoy having friends over for a cookout and drinks. I've been spending a lot of time lately gearing up for summer, working out in the yard, and am looking forward to enjoying it as much as possible. Here's hoping that work doesn't drag me away from that too much!
I enjoy cooking, especially when making something for someone else. And I love going out to eat. My favorite foods change from time to time, but I am almost always up for Indian, Italian, Thai, and Mexican.
Going to concerts is a favorite pastime, and I've totally lost count of the shows I've been to. Everything from industrial, punk, metal, goth, reggae, jam bands...heck, even some country.
Some of the most difficult decisions are what to watch when I choose to watch a movie.
I'm rather involved in #NHPolitics.

This amused me - a very clever promo video for the tour.
I've seen Billy Idol before, and it was a great show. I've never seen Joan Jett, so that'd be cool. I almost impulsively bought a couple of tickets to the show in Maine, but hesitated due to not knowing yet what the work schedule will be like in August.

It appears to have been triggered as a result of someone I hadn't messaged on here in a while messaging me after a couple of years.
Now, when I load any page, it has a long lag, and then I see a whole slew of notifications (looking like they date back to the start of the GW->HF changeover). Notification popups run off the bottom of the left of the browser window, and then the notification button shows what I assume is a cumulative count of notifications since HF launched?Ah, I'm seeing that bug that [InfernalHate] posted about!
