Fasting Time Again >=(
Weighed myself and I was back to 211.7lbs...Although I have no belly, I want to downsize back to 199lbs or so. So back to 4 & 20...Meaning I only get a window to eat of 4 hours a day Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd If I can get back into it fast every other day...Just drink teas, black coffee, water, broth maybe. I take off for Costa Rica next month...I want to be in Speedo Form...So if you're down...

First Time in a Decade
I'll celebrate Easter with brunch and a evening meal =) I'm making breaded veal, with melted Monterey Jack Cheese with marinera on top. With creamy mash potatoes, green beans and sweet carrots. Happy Easter One and All!

Leaving The Country for the 4th Time This Year =)
Found out I can get double citizenship in Mexico so on my way to Mexico on Sunday to see if I can get the translations completed and the paperwork started. Very excited! No and not just because of the strip joints. Mostly the food...I have been to many cities and pound for pound TJ has some of the best food in the world...Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Seafood, Italian etc....

Morbido Film Festival Time!
For such an older city deep in the middle of jungle country, Merida has soooooooo much culture and events...Museums, excusions, pyramid tours, cenote tours, bar hops, film festivals, documentaries on the sides of ancient cathedrals etc. So today I have a very good movie that I was waiting for at the festival...I'm very exicted =)
