I stood outside this hotel for a half hour, waiting for a bloody taxi, that in a normal year would take 5 minutes to arrive. Eventually, an ambulance shows up...half-tempted to just hop in it, in a last-ditched attempt to get to the restaurant.
The taxi finally arrives, and I eventually get there.
Great night, then ultimately ended up at this beyond delightful dive bar. After which, I get back to my hotel, and there's another friggin' ambulance outside.
Cape Cod was a drug-infested-den when I left this shithole. I can only assume it hasn't changed (or got worse)
But it was good to see some old friends after waiting a couple of years, thanks to the virus.
Merry Christmas, y'all.
