This weekend, I tried my hand at baking with rye flour for the first time. I usually stick to wheat, spelt, or mixed grain breads, but this time I was determined to bake a pure rye loaf. For context, rye is a bit special. You can't just use a good yeast and be done with it. Instead, it's a process that requires cultivating a sourdough starter and carefully controlling the dough's resting time; otherwise, the bread won't be digestible. The conditions were finally right, so I made time for it... and the result is fantastic (unfortunately, I have no pictures). In my opinion, it's the best-tasting bread I've baked so far. The texture and the slightly sour aftertaste are perfect. Baking bread has truly become a passion of mine 😅

I thought I'd finally have time to draw and try doing inktober again. But for some reason I can't wind down and relax. My hands rush through the sketch as if I had to be somewhere and I can't get lost in my artwork and escape. It's so frustrating and aggravating which leads to mistakes and me hating tie pictures in the end. 😭why can't my mind settle down?! I just wanted to draw 😥 I was already disappointed yesterday because my tablet didn't arrive and now today is not fun either 😫

Here are some Impressions of my first time at Mera Luna festival, this has been my dream festival since I was 14/15 Y/o when I got into the Gothic lifestyle. I never got to go til now, because I had no one to go with, as all my friends were not into the goth scene and was too anxious to go alone (also my mum wouldn't let me go alone 😅). I just caught a UFO on camera, now and then a bright light hangs in the sky. Its the brightest thing in the sky. Twice before when I have looked away or to get a camera and they just disappear. They don't wizz away, you just don't them leave. This time it has changed; I was able to look at it, look away and get a camera and take a picture and video When I went away to get my food out of the Air Frier it had gone.
