  • Well I did weights today like always. Chest workouts and then did the stair master instead of the elliptical. From level 5 up to level 10 for 25 minutes. That shit is harsh. This pro bodybuilder recommended it. He shed tons of weight doing it. I hate it but feel so good afterwards....until I get home and have to go shower which is UPSTAIRS... LoL

  • Dud weights before work and after did cardio. Gonna get back on the cardio kick too. Been doing good with weights. Just hate cardio...I def need it though. Was listening to this awhile doing the elliptical stepper. Love aic and Jerry Cantrell. This video is amazing. Of course the song is too.
