Well I did weights today like always. Chest workouts and then did the stair master instead of the elliptical. From level 5 up to level 10 for 25 minutes. That shit is harsh. This pro bodybuilder recommended it. He shed tons of weight doing it. I hate it but feel so good afterwards....until I get home and have to go shower which is UPSTAIRS... LoL
