Took a cold shower right after work so the orthorexic demon in my head wouldn't even think of convincing me to work out bc "im sweaty anyways." Sometimes healthy means not to excercise and I need to learn that and not to not push myself to the limit. Especially not after sitting in a 32°C office all day and already being overheated... My skin felt like having a fever when I left work. Now to distract myself from guilt tripping 🪉

There was a post last night asking what people are interested in and what they're about. I don't like to get personal, considering my hatred for the human race, but I'll play along. Emotional dysregulation sucks... I was actually in quite a good mood today Until one little thing pushed the wrong button in me earlier and now I'm still brooding over it. At least my Harp took the anger out of it. That means the explosiveness is gone and i am more rational and calm. But I think I have been reacting too harshly earlier and now anxiety has replaced anger.
This just Sucks...
I hate that my emotions are right under my skin...

Do you ever just randomly have an incredibly good mood for no reason? Like someone flipped a switch?
just earlier as I was doing my skincare after shower, one of my favorite songs came on my playlist and all of a sudden I found myself dancing and full of energy just enjoying the vibe.
I haven't felt like that for months...
Not sure if it's the post convention high, or if I'm just slowly going mad
But I needed that. Just finding enjoyment in little things...
