Why does this site allow access to my photos twice but now not when everything is set up properly and the help team doesn't e mail me back!?

What is going on with this stupid site I've set up permissions properly and it's allowed me access to photos before but randomly it blocks me and today it's just decided that I'm not allowed anymore, I hate this site it's stupid!!!!
